Terms Of Service
General:-Right to Refuse:
I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
-Usage of Artwork:
I may post and use your commission as examples, unless you explicitly request me not to.
-Editing Artwork:
After completion, please refrain from editing the work. If you wish to make any edits in the future, please inform me.
-Changes After Completion:
Major changes cannot be made after completion or when nearing completion.
-Ownership and Crediting:
You are free to use the commissioned artwork as long as my signature remains on the work and I am credited. However, profiting off my work is not allowed.
-You may gift, trade, or resell any design of mine that you own, but you cannot resell it for a higher price unless it includes additional art.Turnaround Time:The default turnaround time is approximately two weeks to 2 months, it will vary based on the type of artwork.Add-Ons:- Adding another character will cost +50% of the base price.
-Including a complex background will cost +60% of the base price.
-NSFW will cost +50% of the base price however i will need some form of identification stating that you are 18 or older.Payments and Refunds:-Payment Method: PayPal (USD) and Kofi is accepted
-If Paypal is your chosen payment method an invoice will be sent, so please provide your email address before starting the commission.
-Payment(s) will be required after I complete the sketch
-Rushed Commissions: Rushed commissions are not available.Refunds: If either the commissioner or I decide to back out of the commission, the refund amount will depend on the progress made. You will receive a full refund if I have not started or only completed the sketch. However, if I have already completed your piece, a refund will not be issued. Unfinished or refunded commissions may not be used.What I Will and Won't Draw:Will Draw:
-Characters: Any species, any gender (humans, anthros, ferals, mechs, dragons, etc.).
-Body Types: Characters with any body types, including extremes (obese, skinny, muscular).
-Gore: Mild to heavy gore, including body horror and general horror.Won't Draw:
-NSFW art of: feral creatures (including dragons and Pokémon), minors.
- Artwork promoting harmful ideas such as homophobia, racism, paedophilia, necrophilia, abuse etc.
